Who are we?
BukaTech is an R&D and engineering company that develops autonomous robotic platforms operating in land, sea, and underwater environments. Its name is a combination of the Old Turkic words "buka," meaning "bull," and "tech," representing "technology." This name reflects our vision of combining strength and durability with advanced technology.
Established in 2023 with support from the TÜBİTAK 1512 Green Call, BukaTech set out to develop solutions focused on environmental sustainability and disaster management. Since then, we have been designing high-strength robotic systems for use in water surface cleaning, beach and basin maintenance, underwater damage assessment, and amphibious search and rescue operations.
Our R&D-centric approach is built on modular body structures, multi-sensor fusion, autonomous driving algorithms, swarm drone technologies, and advanced communication infrastructures. Our goal is to develop rapidly deployable, reliable, and user-friendly robotic solutions for challenging field conditions.

The TÜBİTAK 1512 green call support reflects our company's commitment not only to the industrial sector but also to fulfilling our environmental responsibilities. Our mission focuses on developing environmentally friendly technologies and adding value to society and the environment through these technologies. At the same time, we act with a sense of social responsibility and embrace a vision of a cleaner world.
In this context, we are working on next-generation R&D projects such as cleaning up liquid pollution and solid waste like plastics and packaging on the sea surface, assessing damage to underwater structures, amphibious search and rescue robots capable of crossing land and water, swarm drone technologies, and advanced communication infrastructures. Every robot we develop is designed as part of our understanding of environmental sustainability and safe operation.
